APKFileBox respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the APKFileBox website that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.
1. Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to us.
Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the site.
2. What Your Request Must Include
To file a notice, please provide a written communication that includes the following:
• Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed (e.g., the name of the app and a link to the original source/Google Play Store).
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, including the specific URL on apkfilebox.com where the material is located.
• Your contact information: Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement of good faith: “I hereby state that I have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
• A statement of accuracy: “I hereby state that the information in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
• Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us. Your counter-notice must include your identification, the identification of the removed material, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
APKFileBox reserves the right to terminate access for users or contributors who are deemed to be “repeat infringers” of the intellectual property rights of others.
